Guiding Students from Elementary School to Graduation
Through before-school, after-school, summer, and workforce programs, Carver helps students learn, grow, and succeed.
Carver works in partnership with schools to provide structured learning opportunities beyond the traditional school day. Our programs combine academic support, enrichment, mentorship, and career exploration to help students grow intellectually, socially, and emotionally.
Beginning in elementary school, Carver programs strengthen literacy, curiosity, and confidence through safe, structured before- and after-school learning environments. In middle school, students build momentum through academic support, transition programs, and hands-on enrichment activities. In high school, Carver expands opportunity through college preparation, scholarships, paid internships, and career exploration experiences.
Across Norwalk and in select schools in Bridgeport, Carver programs help students stay engaged in school, explore new interests, and prepare for life after graduation.
By connecting students with caring educators, community partners, and meaningful learning experiences, Carver helps young people discover their potential and pursue a future filled with possibility.
“Carver not only gave me one of my first jobs but supplied me with endless mentors, role models, an amazing support system, and exposure to things I never knew.””
